How it works
From a blank page to a full season of progress.
The same six steps for a soccer trainer, a pitching coach, a skating instructor, or a strength coach.
- 1
Create a trainer page
You
Sign up, name your business, add a photo, pick your sports, and write a short bio. Preview it, then publish when it looks right. You can hide it any time.
Families
Parents find you through the link you share or a search engine, if you choose to be indexed.
- 2
Add services, locations, and availability
You
Create a one-on-one service and a small-group service with capacity three. Add the fields you use. Set the hours you work, buffers between sessions, and how far ahead people can book.
Families
Families see prices, session lengths, and only the times that are really open.
- 3
Invite athletes and parents
You
Add an athlete and invite their parent by email. Add a staff coach and assign them athletes if you have help.
Families
Parents accept the invite and get a free portal with a profile for each child.
- 4
Accept bookings
You
Bookings land on your calendar. Auto-confirm them or approve each request. Cancellations, no-shows, and waitlists are one tap.
Families
Parents pick a service, a time, and a location, add their athlete, accept your policy, and get a confirmation with a calendar invite.
- 5
Document every session
You
Right after the session, record what you worked on, what went well, and what needs work. Add private notes for your eyes only. Attach a photo or video from your phone.
Families
Families see the shared recap and anything you chose to share. Private notes never reach them.
- 6
Keep progress moving forward
You
Assign practice with a due date, rate skills on your own metrics, and set goals. Watch the timeline fill in.
Families
Athletes and parents see the timeline, mark assignments complete, and can look back at how far they have come.
