Pricing questions
- Do parents or athletes pay anything?
- No. The trainer is the customer. Family and athlete portal accounts are free, with no limits on how many families you can invite within your athlete allowance.
- What happens after the trial?
- The 14-day trial includes Pro features. When it ends, pick a plan to keep editing. Your data stays; the workspace becomes read-only until you subscribe.
- What counts as an active athlete?
- An athlete profile with active status. Archived athletes keep their history and do not count toward your limit.
- Can I collect session payments from families?
- Yes, optionally, through Stripe. Payments go to your own connected account. Platform subscription billing is separate from session payments, and there is no platform fee on session payments unless one is configured and disclosed.
- Can I add more trainers to Academy?
- Academy includes three trainer seats. Additional seats are $29 per month each.
- Can I change plans or cancel?
- Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel any time from Billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period; you will be warned if you are over the new plan limits.
